Holika Chirumundi Prayog

Special Ritual for Removal of Tantric Obstacles During Holika Sadhana Shivir

Holika Chirumundi Prayog is a ritual performed during the Holika Sadhana Shivir, organized by Sri Nikhil Chetana Kendra, Hyderabad (Telangana).

In this ritual, specific items are placed in a black cloth and tied into a bundle. These items include a piece of dried coconut, a piece of jaggery, seven dried red chilies, seven pieces of rock salt, seven iron nails, and seven pieces of charcoal.

On the night of Holi, the practitioner rotates this bundle over their body seven times while chanting the prescribed mantra eleven times. After chanting, the bundle is offered into the Holika fire (Holika Dahan). According to the instruction, performing this ritual removes various types of tantric disturbances and negative influences.
